1. Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
NTUC members can tap on more than 5,300 training courses to enjoy course fee subsidy, capped at a maximum of $250 per year, under the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) supported by the NETF.
2. Enhanced UTAPNTUC members aged 40 and above get a further boost to upskill, with higher course fee subsidy, capped at $500 per qualifying member per year.
3. UTAP for Online/Blended Courses by Institutes of Higher Learning Learn more effectively at your own pace! In partnership with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Singapore University of Social Science (SUSS), NETF supports a suite of blended/online courses to encourage NTUC members to take up such courses to keep up with technology and industry development.

NETF COLLABORATIVE FUND FOR COMPANIES
NETF Collaborative Fund aims to provide training support to companies who send their employees (NTUC members) for training programs that enhance their employment and employability. NETF co-funds training subsidy to support 50% unfunded course fees for companies (capped at $250/member/year) for their employees who meet the eligibility criteria.
1. Enhanced NCF
An unionised company can be supported up to $50,000 of training funds per year from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
2. NCF LiteA non- unionized company can be supported up to $8,000 of training funds per year and is eligible for up to $50,000 funding if the company registered to be unionised between 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
